Once your order is printed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Depending on your location, most orders take 4–14 business days.

Can I return or exchange something?
If your order has a problem (wrong size, damaged item, etc.), contact us within 5 days of receiving it. We’ll fix it—no duct tape needed.

You’ve got about an hour after checkout to make changes. After that, it’s already in the duct tape pipeline and we can’t stop it.
